How will you be different?

Every Real Estate Agent works differently. Using my own personal experiences with Real Estate Agents and common complaints I am choosing to work differently. I am focused on building our relationship, and for me this means getting to know you and providing you with the best relevant information to keep you informed and up to date with how your largest investment is doing.

What do you get out of it?

A big part of my business comes from referrals. In my experience, a trusted relationship leads to quality referrals. I am choosing to provide the kind of service from a Real Estate professional I would want for myself.

 

Does that mean you will be sending me a lot of marketing material?

The simple answer is NO. I will not be constantly spamming or calling you. I will provide you with Real Estate related updates that are relevant to your home and your neighbourhood.

In order to provide you with the most relevant information on your investment, your home, we will need to setup an initial meeting where I can evaluate your home and get to know your goals. After this initial meeting, I will provide you with emailed updates relating to your home and the Real Estate market in your area. If you feel you want additional information beyond what is in the email, you are always welcome to contact me at any time.

I do not own a home, but I am thinking of buying?

No worries, if you do not own a home. It is never too early to get expert real estate advice. Most people start thinking about buying a home a year or two before they ever contact a REALTOR®.
